positioning so as to be in flow to be with, what is ...

What is - presenting in this moment 

whether it be the awareness to let go, widen, strength, be vulnerable, open to compassion 

Or Simply be,  with out ' any-thing '

words, emotions, notions, projections, wounds

to be...

expanding with the infinite moment

and truely be ourselves is to truely be free
